Applying for a long-stay student visa to study in Estonia at Brazil

As of 30th September, students in Brazil will be able to apply for a long-stay visa to study in Estonia at the VFS Global Visa Centres in São Paulo and as of 6th October in Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia. Please find the respective press release here.
