Voters with Electoral Registration Subject to Cancellation

By order of the Brazilian Electoral Justice, we list on this page the voters whose voter registration is eligible for cancellation due to absence in more than 3 elections, in compliance with the provisions of art. 71, V of the Electoral Code combined with art. 130, caput, of TSE Resolution No. 23,659/2021.

We would like to remind that electoral regularity is mandatory for all Brazilians, including those residing abroad.

Among other consequences, those with irregular electoral status cannot enjoy several rights and duties, including to obtain a Brazilian passport.

In order to avoid cancellation of their voter registration, the Electoral Court requests that voters listed on the list immediately regularize their registration via the official website:

Voters that are not listed can check whether they have any pending issues with the Electoral Justice in two ways:

- Requesting the "certificate of electoral conformity" (Certidão de Quitação Eleitoral) on the website https://www.tse.jus.br/servicos-eleitorais/autoatendimento-eleitoral#/

or

- Checking their electoral status on the E-título app (download at https://www.tse.jus.br/servicos-eleitorais/servicos/aplicativo-e-titulo )

In addition to payment of due fines, voters residing in Finland may also request a change of electoral domicile to Finland and any data updates (name change, for example) through the same online application.

Those residing in Finland only vote (or justify their absence) in the presidential elections, held every four years.

Attention: do not leave this measure until the last minute.

The deadline for voters listed on this website to regularize their status is May 19, 2025.

As of May 20, 2025, those who are listed but do not regularize their status will have their registrations canceled, and the electoral regularization will be conditional upon completing the Web Request through the virtual service on the internet.

Voters who are not listed but may still have any pending electoral issues are also advised to complete the electoral regularization form as soon as possible via the Electoral Justice website.
