The Consulate General of Brazil in Miami invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the leasing and maintenance of multifunction printers/photocopiers.

The selected provider will supply equipment, consumables, technical support, and performance monitoring to ensure uninterrupted administrative and consular operations, in compliance with Brazilian public regulations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Administrative Guide (GAP), applicable U.S. federal and Florida state laws, and the terms outlined in the RFP.
