Voter Registration Regularization
The Electoral Justice, in compliance with Article 71, V of the Electoral Code in conjunction with Article 130, caput, of TSE Resolution No. 23.659/2021, has prepared a list of registered voters in Singapore whose voter registrations are subject to cancellation due to absence in more than three elections.
According to current legislation, each electoral round is counted as a separate election. Thus, the absences include the second round of the 2018 General Elections and both rounds of the 2022 elections.
We inform that the deadline for voters to regularize their situation is May 19 of this year. Starting on May 20, those who have not regularized their situation will have their voter registrations canceled.
To avoid the cancellation of your voter registration, it is necessary to regularize your status with the Overseas Electoral Registry (CEE) through the website: https://www.tse.jus.br/servicos-eleitorais/autoatendimento-eleitoral#/ where you can:
- Check your electoral status (select "título eleitoral" > option 7).
- Settle any outstanding electoral debts (select "débito eleitoral").
If your registration has already been canceled, in addition to settling any outstanding electoral debts, you must also regularize your canceled registration (select "título eleitoral" > option 6).
