Requests for electoral services must be submitted exclusively online, without the applicant’s need to appear at the Embassy of Brazil in Singapore, directly to the Electoral Registry for Voters Abroad (Cartório Eleitoral do Exterior), through the online electoral self-service system (Autoatendimento eleitoral).

Justification for failure to vote must be submitted directly to the Electoral Court, either through the TSE’s mobile application “e-Título” or at the website https://justifica.tse.jus.br/.

Payment of fines must be made directly to the Electoral Court, through the “e-Título” mobile application, via PIX, credit card, or by generating a payment slip (boleto) at https://www.tse.jus.br/eleitor/titulo-de-eleitor/quitacao-de-multas#consultaDebito.

The electronic voter ID card (título de eleitor eletrônico) and/or the Electoral Clearance Certificate( Certidão de Quitação Eleitoral) must be obtained through the TSE’s mobile application (e-Título).
