Special Bidding Committee's response to BLS's request for the extension of the submission timeline

On September 15, 2025BLS International requested the extension of the submission timeline to the Bidding Process No. 09662.200035/2025-94.

The Special Bidding Committee notes that such request was submitted after the legally prescribed deadline for lodging appeals and is therefore deemed untimely.

In any event, the Special Bidding Committee recalls that, upon republishing the Notice of Bidding, it ensured an adequate timeframe for interested parties to prepare their proposals. It therefore reaffirms that the public session for the opening of envelopes shall be held on September 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing time), at the Embassy of Brazil in Beijing.
