The Special Bidding Committee hereby announces that the envelope opening session for Bidding No. 5/2025 was concluded today, 30 September 2025. In accordance with the criteria set forth in the Notice of Bidding and its Annexes, the winning bidder is VF Worldwide Holdings Ltd., with a financial proposal in the total amount of RMB 489,840.
