INVITATION TO TENDER 6/2025 – SELECTION OF A PROPERTY TO BE RENTED TO SERVE AS THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE
The Embassy of Brazil in Manila would like to invite any interested company to participate in the bidding process (Administrative Process number 6/2025) for the selection of a property to be rented to serve as the official residence, under a traditional lease model, i.e., lease of a physical space without inclusion of accessory services.

Addendum No. 01 to Tender Invitation No. 005/2025
November 27th, 2025
The Embassy of Brazil in Manila hereby issues Addendum No. 01 to Tender Invitation No. 005/2025, concerning the contracting of services for installing, maintaining, and disassembling the Brazil national pavilion at WOFEX Drinks & Bakes 2026.
As no proposals were received within the deadline originally established (November 26th, 2025, 11:00 a.m. Manila Time), the Embassy announces the following amendment:
1. Extension of Deadline
The deadline for submission of floor plan proposals and quotes for both booth sizes (18sqm and 9sqm) is hereby extended to December 5th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., Manila Time.
Submissions must be sent electronically to the following email addresses:
- secom.manila@itamaraty.gov.br
- administr.manila@itamaraty.gov.br
- adido.manila@agro.br
2. Unchanged Conditions
All other terms, technical specifications, requirements, and procedures indicated in the original Tender Invitation No. 005/2025 remain unchanged and in full force, including:
- Prices must be quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), inclusive of VAT;
- All electricity, water, and maintenance fees must be included;
- Quote summary forms in Appendix I and II must be completed for each booth size;
- Floor plan proposals must refer to spaces 510 or 732 (18sqm) and 657 or 715 or 810 or 832 (9sqm), as per WOFEX Drinks & Bakes 2026 map;
- The attached booth project remains the official reference model.
3. Clarification
This Addendum forms an integral part of Tender Invitation No. 005/2025 and does not alter any other clause except the submission deadline indicated above.
