Address statement
The address declaration is intended to certify the current residential address in Zambia or Malawi. If you wish to prove a period of residence in Zambia or Malawi for more than one year to the Federal Revenue Service in Brazil, please request a residence certificate.

Brazilian citizens: - Brazilian passport, even if expired;
- Identity card (RG);
- Professional ID issued by a public agency or by a professional regulatory body, provided it is recognized by federal law as a valid identity document nationwide;
- Driver’s license (CNH), even if expired, issued by DETRAN;
- Indigenous identity card;
- FUNAI statement certifying the authenticity of the personal data of a non-integrated indigenous person;
- Work and Social Security Card (CTPS); or
- Digital identification document provided it is recognized by federal law as valid nationwide.
Foreign citizens: present National Migration Registration Card (RNM), valid or expired, or foreign passport, or valid foreign identity document. Note: Documents that do not allow full identification of the holder, whether due to age, erasure, or damage, will not be accepted and the request will be refused. |

Original proof of current address |
Recent originals of documents that clearly indicate the address and name of the applicant will be accepted, such as: bank statements or utility bills (water, electricity, gas, telephone) or municipal residential taxes (local equivalent of IPTU) or rental contract.
