INVITATION TO TENDER 003/2025 - Property and public liability insurance policy
The Embassy of Brazil in London invites insurance companies and/or specialised insurance brokerage companies to participate in a tender process, to select the most advantageous financial proposal for a Property and Public Liability Insurance Policy (Commercial Combined Insurance Services) for the three premises of the Embassy of Brazil in London, according to the terms and requirements set out in this Invitation to Tender and its annexes.
Tenderers shall submit their request via email to receive details of the current Commercial Combined Policy by no later than 3 October 2025 by 5pm. Financial proposals must then be presented by 9 October 2025 by 5pm. The contract will have a fixed duration of twelve (12) months, commencing on 19 October 2025.
Please note that the Embassy building 14-16 Cockspur Street (SW1Y 5BL), currently undergoing refurbishment, contains Hot Works & Electrical Charging points.
