- Opening hours for the public: Monday to Friday (except holidays), from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Due to an increase in the workload, and in order to provide a better and faster consular service and diminish the waiting cues at the consular section, it is now mandatory to request an appointment before visiting the Embassy via the following (link)
- Email for inquiries: consular.jacarta@itamaraty.gov.br.
- The consular section does not provide service by phone.
- Make sure to visit the Embassy at the time designated by the consular sector, and to bring the Consular Appointment Receipt issued by the Embassy.
- Exceptions to the appointment rule will be made only for Brazilians and in proven emergency situations.
- Processing times can vary depending on the type of document and the urgency of the case.
- Please complete all requirements of the service you are seeking for and print all documents that require the Embassy’s verification before arriving at the Embassy.
- For Brazilians: please pay special attention to the validity of your passport and your Indonesian stay permit. Make sure to process your new passport before the due date and prepare sufficient time for the process.
