VIVIS (Visit Visa)
Visit Visa is normally applied to situations related to the visas:
"Tourism Visa"
"Transit Visa" and
"Business Visa"
When applying for Visit Visa, the candidate must submit the following documents:
1. Online application filled and signed according to the other documents;

The identification pages of the Passport and following documents must be scanned and uploaded to the online form.
2. One (1) photocopy of all information pages and original passport bearing at least six (6) months validity.
3. One (1) photocopy of National ID Card or Birth Certificate Translated & Notarized. (if in Bangla)
4. Two (2) recent Photographs, Passport size, with white background, up to six (6) months.
5. Individual’s Bank Statement of the last six (6) months and Balance/Account Certificate statement.
6. Individual’s Updated Income Tax Certificate Translated & Notarized. (if in Bangla)
7. One (1) photocopy and original of recently paid Utility Bill.
8. Original and one (1) photocopy of Police Clearance Certificate.
9. Hotel Booking in Brazil/Accommodation Information
10. Two-way Air Ticket Reservation to Brazil.
11. Letter of Introduction and declaration of current status with the objectives of the visit.
12. Invitation letter received from Brazilian company must be notarized in the same Jurisdiction of the Brazilian Company.
13. Bangladeshi Company Records (Company Memorandum, Trade License and Bank Statement)
14. Import Registration Certificate (IRC) & Export Registration Certificate (ERC)
15. Bangladeshi Company Tax Records (Updated TIN Certificate and BIN Certificate)
16. Pay order of BDT 9,600 from Banks based in Dhaka, in the name of "BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA"; One (1) photocopy of the Pay Order.

Processing the application may take up to 15 working days.
The submission of fake or forged documents/information will imply a ban of 10 years before the candidate can apply again.
Visa fees will not be refundable to candidates.
During the process of the application, other documents may be required.

FAMILY REUNION VISA
When applying for Family Reunion Visa, the candidate must submit the following documents:
From the Caller:
- Passport Copy with the all information pages.
- RNE/RNM Card copy, Notarized from Brazil- Cartório.
- Public Writing of Commitment Subsistence and Maintenance - Notary (A notarized declaration from the caller stating that he/she is going to cover all the expenses of the dependents)
- Negative Certificate of Distribution of Criminal Actions (A notarized declaration from the Federal Judiciary)
- Proof of Residential Status in Brazil.
- Employments Status with contact details.
- Brazilian Bank Statement of the caller.
- Pay Slip and Tax Documents of the caller.
For the Applicant:
- Online application filled and signed according to the other documents;

- Birth Certificate of Children’s- Translated, Notarized and Attested by MoFA of Bangladesh.
- Two recent Photographs, Passport size, with white background, up to six (6) months.
- Original letter of consent signed by father and mother or legal guardian (Minor’s Declaration form) Notarized and Attested by MoFA of Bangladesh.
- Proof of relationship with the Caller- Original Marriage Certificate (for spouses); Translated, Notarized and Attested by MoFA of Bangladesh.
- Proof of Current Studentship for Children’s- Recommendation Letter, Student ID, Academic Certificate & Transcript.
- Proof of financial dependency- Money Transfer receipt from the caller last 6 months
- One photocopy and original of recently paid Utility Bill.
- Original and One photocopy of Police Clearance Certificate.
- Air Ticket Reservation to Brazil.
Visa Fees: Pay order from Banks based in Dhaka, in the name of "BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA";

VITEM V (Work)
When applying for Work Visa, the candidate must submit the following documents:
1. Online application filled and signed according to the other documents;

3. One (1) photocopy of National ID Card or Birth Certificate Translated & Notarized. (if in Bangla)
4. Two (2) recent Photographs, Passport size, with white background, up to six (6) months.
5. Individual’s Bank Statement of the last six (6) months and Balance/Account Certificate statement.
6. One (1) photocopy and original of recently paid Utility Bill.
7. Original Police Clearance Certificate and one (1) photocopy.
8. Air Ticket Reservation to Brazil.
9. Employment Contract with Brazilian Company, with a notarized signature.
10. Letter from the inviting company in Brazil, with a notarized signature, original.
11. Personal Cover Letter, signed by the applicant
12. Pay order of TK 12,000 from Banks based in Dhaka, in the name of "BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA";

LEGALIZATION
When submitting a document for legalization, the person must submit the following documents:
1. The document must be notarized and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of Bangladesh.
2. An application to the Embassy of Brazil in Dhaka mentioning the reasons of legalizing the document (s).
3. Original document(s) which need to be legalized.
4. One (1) photocopy of the document(s).
5. To legalize we need to paste a sticker in the document which needs an 11cm/8 cm blank space. Therefore, the Embassy of Brazil in Dhaka requests all to keep a blank space of the said dimension in each document that needs to be legalized.
6. The fee for legalization is BDT 2,400/- for each document which has to be in a pay order in the name of “BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA”, from Banks based in Dhaka.
7. Please submit a photocopy of the pay order with above mentioned requirements.
