Course: Portuguese as a Pluricentric Language Teacher Training
The Embassy of Brazil in Bridgetown is pleased to announce the Course Portuguese as a Pluricentric Language Teacher Training.
The course will be offered remotely and will aim to offer teachers of Portuguese as a foreign language/second language/non-native language the opportunity to enhance their continuing education, reflecting on the Portuguese language from a pluricentric and intercultural perspective.
Teachers of Portuguese as a foreign language/second language/non-native language who already have teaching experience in one of the countries of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP) and in other countries may apply for the course.
The application period will run from December 30, 2024 to January 30, 2025, and the results will be announced on February 10, 2025. The course will begin on March 3, 2025, with a total workload of 48 hours (6 hours of synchronous meetings throughout the course), and must be completed by the participating teacher by May 2, 2025.
