24-Hour Emergency Consular Assistance for Brazilian Citizens:
For emergencies involving Brazilian citizens (death, hospitalization, arrest, humanitarian emergencies) in Jordanian territory, the Embassy provides a 24-hour emergency phone number: +962 7 7558 4460 (WhatsApp).
Please note that WhatsApp is blocked for calls in Jordan, so contact with the Embassy's emergency service via WhatsApp must be made through audio or text messages. The emergency number works normally for conventional phone calls (without using WhatsApp).
This emergency number is available for Brazilian citizens only for situations involving death, hospitalization, detention and humanitarian emergencies.
