Due to the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, all electoral services, including requesting título de eleitor (voter's card), changing polling place and updating personal data in the voter registry, are being processed completely online, thus eliminating the need to attend Embassies and Consulates of Brazil abroad.

Thus, if you are a resident abroad and wish to request an electoral service, click here and follow the appropriate instructions on the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (Superior Electoral Court) page (in Portuguese only).
