Request for Proposal n. 01.2025 - Relocation Services
The Federative Republic of Brazil, represented by the Brazilian Financial Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, makes it public to all interested companies this Request for Proposal for the selection, in compliance with the awarding method of the lowest total price, of a service provider to carry out the relocation of the Brazilian Financial Office to its new premises, consisting of pre-move planning, coordination, packing, labeling, disassembly, reassembly, transportation, logistics, installation and setup.
2. All companies interested in participating shall send their financial proposal and qualification documents including the Certificate and Affidavit, Appendix III to this RFP to the email address admin.efny@itamaraty.gov.br or by mail to 1180 Avenue of the Americas, 17th floor, New York, NY 10036 until April 1st, 2025.
