Payment of face to face services
For services provided in person at the Consulate, fees must be paid using the automated machines (券売機).
⚠️ Do not pay the fee before you have been attended to. The consular fee should only be paid AFTER you have been seen at the counter.
How to buy the consular fee ticket
- Insert the money;
- Press the button for the desired service;
- Take out the ticket and don't forget to get the change.
⚠️ The ticket can only be used on the same day as payment. Ask a consular agent for a refund in case of cancellation or withdrawal.

Important
Some consular services are free of charge, such as birth and death certificates or military enlistment certificates.
Others are charged according to the table of consular fees, in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The stamps (label and seal) affixed to the documents constitute the receipt for the fees paid, and all proceeds are paid into the National Treasury.
