Birth registration directly at the Consular office

What it is
Birth registration issued directly by the Consulate. It is only possible if the parents are not foreign nationals (including Japanese) and appear at the Consulate General accompanied by two duly documented witnesses.
⚠️ As witnesses can be Brazilian or foreign and relatives of any degree of the person to be registered.
How to apply
With the necessary documents in hand, book the service through the e-consular system. Check out the system tutorial here. Once the appointment has been made, you will need to go in person to the Consulate and present the original documents.
