What it is
Birth certificate issued by the Consulate based on the Japanese birth certificate.
How to apply
With the necessary documents in hand, schedule the service through the e-Consular system. Check out the system tutorial here. Once the appointment has been made, you will need to go to the Consulate in person and present the original documents.
Documents required

Additional documents (for those over 12 years old)
| 5 | Identity document of the person to be registered | School card, or foreign passport, or My Number card (個人番号カード) |
| 6 | Witnesses' identity documents | Original and copy of identity documents |
| 7 | Data form for the two witnesses | Completed and signed by the witnesses ⚠️ Witnesses can be Brazilian or foreign and relatives of any degree of the person to be registered. |
