The Cultural Section of the Consulate General of Brazil in Chicago is responsible for disseminating the Brazilian culture and promoting the Portuguese language.
Part of the mission of the Consulate is to encourage artistic manifestations that allow the Brazilian community abroad to remain close to its cultural roots and present to the local population the characteristic elements of the Brazilian identity.
