The Regulatory Norms (NR) relating to occupational safety and health are to be obligatorily followed by private and public enterprises and by direct and indirect administration's public agencies, as well as by the Legislative and Judicial Branches, that have employees ruled by the Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT.
