04 November - Deadline extension
The Embassy of Brazil inform that the deadline for the submission of proposals has been formally extended.
The new and final deadline for receipt of proposals is 25 November 2025, at 7:00 pm (GMT).
18 November 2025 - Amendment
The Embassy of Brazil in London has published an update with changes to the text of the last clause of Annex I - Basic Project, on pages 9 and 10, part of Tender Notice No. 004/2025, to exclude clause 18.

The Embassy of Brazil in London invites United Kingdom-based law firms to participate in a tender process, in accordance with the Invitation to Tender (ITT), for the provision of specialised legal advisory and consultancy services to the Embassy of Brazil in London.
The purpose of this contract is to engage a qualified and experienced law firm to provide legal support to the Embassy in matters arising from its administrative, operational, and institutional activities within the United Kingdom.
The services shall include ongoing legal advice and assistance, preferably on an on-demand basis, in the following areas:
Real Estate: drafting, review, and negotiation of leasehold and rental agreements; advice on property renovation and refurbishment; matters relating to dilapidations and other related tenancy obligations.
Contracts: review and drafting of agreements with third parties (third-party supplier contracts); review of tender and bidding documentation; and advice on data protection, privacy, and marketing matters.
Employment: advice on employment contracts, rights and obligations of employers and employees, internal HR policies and compliance, payroll compliance, preventive and strategic advisory services, dispute resolution and settlements, representation before employment tribunals, and matters relating to workplace pensions and National Insurance Contributions (NICs).
Tax: guidance on taxes applicable to real estate and occupancy contracts (rental and office occupation agreements), as well as on tax aspects and benefits relating to employment.
Insurance: advice on corporate and regulatory insurance matters.
Intellectual Property: review and drafting of contracts for the licensing, use, and assignment of intellectual property rights.
The contract shall remain in force for a period of twelve (12) months and may be renewed, subject to mutual agreement between the parties, for a maximum total period of ten (10) years.
