According to data from Comex Stat, the United Kingdom was, in 2024, Brazil’s 27th largest export market and the 16th supplier of Brazilian imports of goods.
Traditionally, gold has been the most exported product from Brazil to the United Kingdom. Soybeans, coffee, sugar and poultry also rank among the main goods exported from Brazil to the UK.
Brazilian imports from the UK are predominantly manufactured goods. Historically, whiskies and chemical products have been among the main goods imported from the United Kingdom.
Based on data from Brazil’s Comex Stat, bilateral trade of goods was of USD 6.2 billion in 2024, an increase of 1.4%, compared to 2023.
Exports of goods from Brazil to the UK were of USD 3.1 billion, a decrease of 7% compared to 2023.
Brazilian imports from the UK were of USD 3.1 billion, a 11.2% increase, compared to 2023.
