He has dedicated to implementing innovation actions in the public sector, accelerating projects that transform the access, delivery, and quality of public services, always focusing on the citizen.

Graduated in computer science from the Federal University of Santa Maria, master's degree in Information Technology Management, MBA in strategic management of information systems from FGV, and certification in Leadership and Innovation in the Context of Changes and Digital Transformation in the Government from Harvard University.
