Diogo Godinho Ramos Costa holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the Catholic University of Petrópolis and a Masters degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Diogo is currently the President of the National School of Public Administration (Enap). He was a researcher at the Cato Institute and at the Atlas Network in Washington DC, and a professor of Political Science at Ibmec in Belo Horizonte. His articles have appeared in numerous publications such as Forbes, Newsweek, The Telegraph, and The Wall Street Journal.
