Pilot Plant for Physical Beneficiation of Minerals

The Mineral Technology Sector also has a pilot plant for the physical processing of minerals, installed in a 480 m2 warehouse (9 m high), equipped with an overhead crane and the following equipment: ore feeder silos; rod and ball mills (12 x 24) inches and (16 x 32) inches; hydroclassifiers (6 and 9 inches); spiral classifiers; hydrocyclones; reagent conditioners; scrubbers with 6 agitation cells; mechanical cells and automated flotation columns of different diameters; low and high intensity magnetic separators; thickeners; filters; pulp pumps and reagent dosers, pulp density meters, and pulp tanks of different capacities.
