Purpose
To advise CDTN managers on strategic planning, coordinate program and project assessment and control activities in light of best management practices, and manage the quality management system.
Basic duties
- To propose methodologies for planning activities, advising managers on their application;
- To advise CDTN management on conducting its strategic planning and actions, ensuring that these activities are continuous and permanent, and focused on fulfilling the mission and achieving long-term objectives;
- To act as managerial and administrative support in strategic planning;
- To advise CDTN management on adapting its activities to the Federal Government's Multi-Year Planning and the CNEN's Strategic Orientation Plan (POE);
- To propose methodologies for monitoring, assessment and control activities of the Center's institutional programs and projects, coordinate their implementation and advise managers on their application;
- To coordinate the annual preparation of the CDTN management report;
- Coordinate the processes of the quality management system;
- Coordinate any participation of the CDTN in external management assessment processes;
- Coordinate the process of seeking excellence in the Center's management;
- Advise the Center in establishing its management indicators and coordinate their systematic assessment.
- Assist the Director in representing the CDTN in various social forums, acting as an agent for promoting the Center;
- Intermediate the resolution of operational conflicts within its scope of action; and
- Plan, propose and coordinate the implementation of the knowledge protection policy at the CDTN.
