Purpose
To guide, coordinate and supervise the execution of activities related to human resources policy, personnel registration and control, payroll, worker health, social services and management of the regional medical plan.
Basic duties
- To receive work guidelines from the CDTN Board of Directors;
- To implement actions aimed at restoring the workforce;
- To propose to the Director the Service's work programs, taking into account the needs raised by internal bodies;
- To approve the work programs and supervise the activities of the body to which it is subordinate;
- To ensure the execution of activities related to the preparation of the payroll, promotion of worker health, administration of the regional medical plan and those that require actions from the social service.
