Chemical Leaching and Precipitation Laboratory

This laboratory conducts studies on the continuous leaching of ores and industrial waste and chemical precipitation, aiming to optimize the operating conditions established in discontinuous tests for the selective solubilization of metals of interest and the selective precipitation of chemical compounds. This unit is equipped with jacketed stainless steel leaching reactors with automatic temperature control, solids feed silos, semi-quantitative scale, dosing pumps, filter press, exhaust system and boiler.
