Ore Preparation Laboratory

With a total area of ​​360 m2, this facility is used for homogenization and granulometric adjustment of large mineral samples for use on a pilot scale. This area consists of a homogenization and quartering yard with the following equipment:

Main equipment/instruments and their characteristics:

• 1 jaw crusher, capacity of 2 m3 per hour;
• 1 (10 x 6) inch roll crusher;
• 1 circular vibrating screen;
• 1 double-deck sieve measuring (18 x 36) inches;
• 1 chamber-type greenhouse with ventilation system, temperature up to 200º C;
• 1 feeder silo, conveyor belt type; 1 hoist, with a capacity of 300 kg.

Maximum and average capacity/production:

• Maximum processing of 2 tons/day and average of 500 kg/day.
