Information Technology Service - SETEC

Purpose

Manage information technology activities, providing users and CDTN departments with the computing resources necessary for the safe and reliable use of information systems, network services, applications, and Internet and Intranet sites.

Basic duties

• Plan, install, operate, and maintain the infrastructure of the computer network;
• Execute the planning and administration of computer network security;
• Specify acquisitions, receive, install, and control hardware and software components to serve the various sectors;
• Coordinate and monitor user support services and hardware and software maintenance; Plan, execute, and coordinate development and/or contracting activities for software services; and
• Maintain software systems, sites, and associated databases in operational conditions.
