Engineering and Maintenance Service – SEENG

Purpose

To design, construct, supervise and maintain buildings, urbanized areas, building installations and auxiliary systems in operational conditions.

Basic duties

• To manage projects for buildings, urbanization, building installations – electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, structured networks, telephone – and auxiliary systems – air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, compressed air and gases;
• To execute or manage the construction and maintenance of buildings and urbanized areas;
• To execute or manage preventive and corrective maintenance and the assembly of building installations: electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, structured networks, telephone;
• To execute or manage preventive and corrective maintenance and the assembly of auxiliary systems, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, compressed air and gases.
