A União, por intermédio do Departamento de Logística em Saúde – DLOG da Secretaria Executiva do Ministério da Saúde, mediante o Pregoeiro designado pela Portaria nº 02, de 13/04/2022, torna público para conhecimento dos interessados que na data, horário e local abaixo indicados fará realizar licitação, na modalidade PREGÃO, na forma ELETRÔNICA, do tipo MENOR PREÇO TOTAL DO ITEM, nos termos da Lei nº 10.520, de 17 de julho de 2002, do Decreto nº 10.024, de 20 de setembro de 2019, do Decreto nº 7.746, de 05 de junho de 2012, do Decreto nº 7892, de 23 de janeiro de 2013 que regulamenta o Sistema de Registro de Preços, da Instrução Normativa SLTI/MP nº 01, de 19 de janeiro de 2010, da Instrução Normativa SEGES/MP nº 03, de 26 de abril, de 2018, da Lei Complementar n° 123, de 14 de dezembro de 2006, do Decreto n° 8.538, de 06 de outubro de 2015, Lei nº 6.360/76 e Lei nº 10.191/01, aplicando-se, subsidiariamente, a Lei nº 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993 e as exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus Anexos. Para as Leis e Decretos acima, serão consideradas, também, suas respectivas atualizações/alterações.

Objeto: Aquisição de Vacina, Hepatite A, Inativada, Suspensão Injetável, conforme demais especificações e condições contidas no Edital e seus anexos.

Interested parties whose field of activity is compatible with the object of this tender, and that have regular Accreditation in the Unified Supplier Registration System – SICAF, as per provided for in art. 9th of IN SEGES/MP nº 3, of 2018.

The Union, through the Department of Health Logistics – DLOG of the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Health, through the Auctioneer designated by Ordinance No. 02, of 04/13/2022, makes it public for interested parties to know that on the date, time and place indicated below will carry out bidding, in the AUCTION mode, in ELECTRONIC form, of the type LOWEST TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM, in accordance with Law No. 10,520, of July 17, 2002, of Decree No. 10,024, of September 20, 2019, of Decree No. 7,746, of June 5, 2012, of Decree No. 7892, of January 23, 2013, which regulates the Price Registration System, of SLTI/MP Normative Instruction No. 01, of January 19, 2010, of SEGES Normative Instruction /MP nº 03, of April 26, 2018, of Complementary Law nº 123, of December 14, 2006, of Decree nº 8,538, of October 6, 2015, Law nº 6,360/76 and Law nº 10,191/ 01, applying, alternatively, Law No. 8,666, of June 21, 1993 and the requirements established in this Notice and its Annexes. For the above Laws and Decrees, their respective updates/changes will also be considered.

Object: Acquisition of Vaccine, Hepatitis A, Inactivated, Injectable Suspension, in accordance with other specifications and conditions contained in the Notice and its annexes.
