Torna-se público que a União, por intermédio do Departamento de Logística em Saúde – DLOG da Secretaria Executiva do Ministério da Saúde, realizará licitação, para registro de preços, na modalidade PREGÃO, na forma ELETRÔNICA, nos termos da Lei nº 10.520, de 17 de julho de 2002, do Decreto nº 10.024, de 20 de setembro de 2019, do Decreto nº 7.746, de 05 de junho de 2012, do Decreto nº 7892, de 23 de janeiro de 2013, da Instrução Normativa SLTI/MP nº 01, de 19 de janeiro de 2010, da Instrução Normativa SEGES/MP nº 03, de 26 de abril, de 2018, da Lei Complementar n° 123, de 14 de dezembro de 2006, do Decreto n° 8.538, de 06 de outubro de 2015, aplicando-se, subsidiariamente, a Lei nº 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, e as exigências estabelecidas neste Edital.
Objeto: Aquisição de Nicotina, liberação de 7 Mg, 14 Mg e de 21 Mg, em 24 horas, adesivo transdérmico, conforme demais especificações contidas no Edital e seus anexos.

Interested parties whose field of activity is compatible with the purpose of this tender, and who have regular accreditation in the Unified Supplier Registration System – SICAF, as provided in art. 9th of IN SEGES/MP nº 3, of 2018.
It is made public that the Union, through the Department of Health Logistics - DLOG of the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Health, will carry out bidding, to register prices, in the AUCTION modality, in ELECTRONIC form, under the terms of Law No. 10,520, of July 17, 2002, of Decree No. 10,024, of September 20, 2019, of Decree No. 7,746, of June 5, 2012, of Decree No. 7892, of January 23, 2013, of SLTI/MP Normative Instruction No. 01 , of January 19, 2010, of SEGES/MP Normative Instruction No. 03, of April 26, 2018, of Complementary Law No. 123, of December 14, 2006, of Decree No. 8,538, of October 6, 2015, applying, alternatively, Law No. 8,666, of June 21, 1993, and the requirements established in this Notice.
Object: Acquisition of Nicotine, release of 7 Mg, 14 Mg and 21 Mg, in 24 hours, Transdermal Patch, according to other specifications contained in the Notice and its annexes.
