CADE approves new rules for the notification of association agreements

The Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense – CADE approved, on 29 October 2014, the Resolution no. 10 that disciplines in which cases association agreements signed between companies meet the turnover criteria of Law 12.529/2011 and, thus, must be notified to the agency.

The new rules are a result of contributions received in a public consultation held in the first semester by CADE. The resolution comes into force 60 days after the publication in the Official Gazette.
