ANAC on the Certification Management Team 2022

During the week of October 24th to 28th, it took place in Washington the annual meeting of the Certification Managment Team (CMT), group of authorities for aeronautical product certification, in which National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) is a co-chair since 2015 (ANAC, EASA, FAA and TCCA). 

Along the week, ANAC gathered with the authorities e aeronautical industry associations, and discussed relevant themes for the development of the sector for the following years. Among the results of the event, there were the signatures of the roadmaps with TCCA and FAA (ANAC-TCCA Validation Improvement Roadmap and ANAC-FAA Bilateral Engagement Roadmap), and the signature of an important cooperation agreement with the FAA for oversight of suppliers of aeronautical components (Management plan for oversight of suppliers in US). 

ANAC received, at the end of the event, the function of host authority for the next cicle of the CMT, and will conduct the next event in October 2023 in Brazil.
