Rebidding of São Gonçalo do Amarante Airport (RN)

The Concession Contract No. 001/ANAC/2011-SBSG, for the expansion, maintenance and operation of the International Airport of São Gonçalo do Amarante, located in the metropolitan region of Natal (RN), will be rebindded as provided by Law No. 13,448, of June 5, 2017 and Decree No. 9,957, of August 6, 2019. The termination of the current contract was requested by Inframérica Concessionária do Aeroporto de São Gonçalo do Amarante S/A and accepted by the Federal Government, through Decree No. 10,472, of August 24, 2020, after the express opinion of the Council of the Investment Partnership Program (CPPI), contained in Resolution No. 122, of June 10, 2020.
