The Academic Cooperation National Program (PROCAD) – aims at the qualification of top level human resources in the multiple areas of learning through joint research projects and the scientific exchange in the Country, involving higher learning and research institutions and creting improved conditions for the higher learning and post-graduation studies in Brazil.
