Brazil secures new market in Vietnam for chicken offal exports

The Brazilian government has secured approval from Vietnam’s sanitary authorities for the International Sanitary Certificate (ISC), paving the way for chicken offal exports.

This move strengthens ties with Vietnam, a growing trade partner. In 2024, Brazil shipped about US$4 billion in goods there, led by cereals, flours, and cereal preparations, then fibers, textiles, and soybeans.

This milestone brings Brazil’s 2025 market accesses to 32, raising the total to 332 new trade avenues since early 2023.

These accomplishments reflect the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE).
