These represent a more advanced stage of discussion, during which the Agency’s Board of Directors submits draft regulations, concession agreements, or Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) Reports for public consideration.
They are conducted exclusively through the exchange of documents.
Their opening and results are decided during a Public Meeting of the Board of Directors.
