In this section, all administrative acts with normative content published by the INPI from 2013 onwards are organized in a spreadsheet format, namely, the Resolutions and the Normative Instructions. By virtue of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019, the Resolutions were no longer edited and were replaced by Ordinances with normative content. Thus, the Resolutions (until 2019), the Normative Instructions and the Ordinances (from 2019) can be selected through filters and accessed for user consultation.
