Access to Information
This page presents, in active transparency, information of collective or general interest related to the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), observing the following guiding principles:
a) prevention of inconsistency and duplication of information;
b) promotion of proper order in the creation, storage, access, sharing and dissemination of information;
c) integration and browsing of content by using hyperlinks, maps, infographics, and multimedia resources; and
d) compliance with the Guide of Active Transparency for the Federal Executive Branch Agencies or Entities, published by the Ministry for Transparency and Brazilian Government Accountability Office – CGU.

INPI’s Electronic Gazette
File in xml/txt, through which simplified information of the Revista da Propriedade Industrial (INPI’s Gazette) are made available, such as acts, orders and decisions related to INPI’s activities.
Basic Guides
Guides, manuals, and tutorials presenting general guidance to users of the services provided by INPI.
Monthly Industrial Property Report
Monthly report, with Preliminary Statistics as primary source, which main objective is to provide an overview of the services provided by INPI.
Preliminary Statistics
Preliminary data obtained based on the applications filed with INPI and decisions published in the Revista da Propriedade Industrial, published on a monthly basis.
Industrial Property Indicators
Annual report resulting of a project for systematization and processing of administrative records of applications and industrial property rights granted, contemplating diversified indicators with a higher level of disaggregation of data in comparison with the Preliminary Statistics.
Management Reports on Patents
Reports written and made available to users by the Directorate of Patents, Software and Integrated Circuit Topographies, whose objective is the continuous enhancement of processes and procedures.
Sectorial Studies
Works that present strategic information on specific sectors of the Brazilian industry.
Technology Radar
Statistical sector report based on information of patents, intended to encourage the strategic use of technological information for the Brazilian industry.
List of Technical Cooperation Agreements
Updated list of effective agreements, signed by INPI, under the responsibility of the General Coordination of Dissemination for Innovation (CGDI), related to research, teaching, and continuing education activities, dissemination of industrial property and diffusion of technology and innovation.
Self-evaluation Report Regarding the Governance e Public Administration Survey
Report published by the Federal Court of Accounts, based on systematic surveys to better understand the governance situation in the public sector and encourage the public organizations to adopt good governance practices, with a graphic presentation comparing the results achieved by INPI containing the average of the groups in the segment of independent agencies and other federal public entities participating in the survey, regarding the Comprehensive Index of Governance and Public Administration (iGG), the Index of Public Governance (iGovPub), Index of Human Resources Management Abilities (iGestPessoas), the Index of IT Management Abilities (iGestTI) and the Index of Contract Management Abilities (iGestContrat).
