Law No. 11,484/2007  - Provides for the incentives to the Digital TV equipment and semiconductor electronic components industries and for the protection of intellectual property of integrated circuit topographies, creating the Program to Support the Technological Development of the Semiconductor Industry (PADIS) and the Program to Support the Technological Development of the Digital TV Equipment Industry (PATVD); amends Law No. 8,666, of June 21, 1993; and revokes art. 26 of Law No. 11,196, of November 21, 2005. 

PR Normative Instruction PR No. 109, of September 30, 2019 - Regulates the process for electronic register of Integrated Circuit Topographies (e-Chip) and creates the “User Guide for the Electronic Register of integrated circuit topographies".

Revoked rules

PR Resolution No. 57 of March 18, 2013 - Establishes forms to file applications for registration and petitions related to integrated circuit topography. 

Normative Instruction No. 10/2013 - Provides for the procedures related to the filing and processing of applications for registration of integrated circuit topography with the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI.
