The Program

The Academic Cooperation Program - Public Security and Democracy (PROCAD-SPD) is a joint initiative of CAPES and the National Secretariat for Public Security (SENASP/MJSP), aimed at strengthening postgraduate studies and applied scientific research in the field of public security. The program's objective is to foster collaboration between higher education institutions (HEIs) and agencies connected to the Unified Public Security System (SUSP), promoting the formation of cooperative research and extension networks with a national, interdisciplinary approach focused on solving concrete problems.
