Procad - Public Security and Democracy

The PROCAD Program – Public Security and Democracy is a joint initiative of CAPES and SENASP/MJSP aimed at strengthening academic cooperation between higher education institutions and agencies of the Unified Public Security System (SUSP). It promotes research and outreach networks focused on applied scientific production, human resource development, and the design of effective, evidence-based public policies, with an emphasis on promoting security, citizenship, and democracy.
