CAPES Apps

CAPES has developed seven apps in order to help users to access information, data and services from our institution. The tools are available for tablets and smart phones and can be downloaded through IOS and Android systems, at federal government shops (Apple Store) and Google´s Play Store. Access to apps is made through federal government´s login.

CAPES Grantee: Allows users to verify the implementation of her/his scholarship. You can check upon ongoing and concluded benefits, banking data and payment records. 

CAPES Researcher: With this app users receiving AuxPe (Research Allowance) can visualize her/his project and follow the on-going situation of proceedings such as financial timetable, application plans, card data and accountability.

PERIODICALS: This app will allow access to the Portal of Periodicals collection. You can make quick searches by subject, periodicals and data base, besides navigating in websites containing research results provided by the Federate Academic Community (Comunidade Academica Federada – CAFe). The portal is the widest virtual support instrument in Brazil, offering national and international contents such as thesis, dissertations, technical norms, patents and assorted audio visual material.

EduCAPES: Thousands of learning devices from our Foundation can be found in this app: search for books, texts and images, among other research and teaching items, either published with the authorization of the authors or already included in public domain.

SisUAB: This app offers material concerning the Opening University of Brazil (Universidade Aberta do Brasil – UAB). Using an interactive map, students and teachers in graduate and undergraduate programs may find associated higher education institutions (IES) and study centers throughout the Country. User can undergo advanced research by location, region and course level, besides visualizing details such addresses, contacts and courses offered in each of the centers (poles).

Pró-Provost: Sucupira App, focused in provost activities, allows users access to institutional data provided by postgraduate programs coordinators (PPG). It also allows quick searches through programs or name of teachers and students, and checking on pendencies, examining statistics and eventual PPG modifications.

Talentos CAPES: This app was created in order to solidify and enlarge acemic and professional ties between ex-grantees of the institution. It presents the works of ex-grantees of the Foundation during their Master´s and Doctorate studies and updates their profiles.

All our programs go through constant tests and improvements. it is important to keep them updated so they can be utilized to their full capacities.
