Supporting the training of high-level human resources and promoting academic-scientific research in areas directly related to drug policies, through the financing of research projects related to public policies, studies, and publications that support SENAD's actions in achieving its missions and that contribute to the development, strengthening, and expansion of scientific, technical, and academic production in issues relevant to drug public policy.
