PROCAD - Academic Cooperation Action - Drug Policies

PROCAD - Academic Cooperation Support Action - Drug Policies is an initiative of collaboration between CAPES and SENAD of MJSP, aiming to strengthen academic cooperation. It finances 10 projects to promote collaboration between Higher Education Institutions (IES), entities of SISNAD, research centers, and Public Health institutions. The main objective is to train human resources and promote the expansion of scientific production of excellence in strategic axes, including the prevention of problematic drug use, the study of New Psychoactive Substances (NPS), knowledge management on drugs, drug policies and public safety, as well as the impacts of drug policies on vulnerable groups such as Black people, Indigenous people, women, and others.
