The action was formalized through a Decentralized Execution Agreement (TED) signed between the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF), establishing the basis for the launch of a joint call for proposals and for the awarding of postdoctoral fellowships aimed at providing academic and scientific support to the STF’s Center for Constitutional Studies.
