CAPES/STF – Support for Constitutional Legal Research

The CAPES/STF Call for Proposals – Support for Constitutional Legal Research is an initiative resulting from the collaboration between the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF), with the aim of fostering high-impact legal research in the field of Constitutional Law. The initiative seeks to support the development of specialized studies on constitutional topics of strategic interest to the STF, through the awarding of postdoctoral fellowships, promoting integration between academia and the Judiciary and strengthening scientific production applied to the Court’s institutional demands.
